Something light for our Sword Suit
Pastry free Quiche
Serves 4 or great as a snack
300g Natural Cottage Cheese (with chives if preferred)
1 small onion chopped small
50g hard strong cheese
3 eggs beaten
Dash of smoked paprika (optional)
Lightly oil a 7” flan dish or you can make these as individual pies. Per heat oven to Gas mark 5 or 180 degrees.
Put all ingredients in to a bowl together and mix well. Pour in to dish or individual pockets and bake for approximately 40 mins until firm to touch. (Individual approx 30 mins).
Allow to cool and serve with a salad or slice in to bite size pieces for snacking.
